The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. - Your Account

La La Walk shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of or in connection with your failure to comply with this section. - Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices on our website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via the methods available on our website, such as credit/debit cards, and are processed securely. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. By placing an order for products through our website, you are confirming that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those products. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed, including providing us with a valid phone number and email address. We will then send you an email confirming receipt of your order, along with the details and delivery costs, if applicable. Please note that neither completion of the online checkout process nor our confirmatory email constitutes our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only upon receipt of full payment from you. If we cannot supply you with the products you ordered for any reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. If you have already paid for the products, we will provide you with a full refund as soon as reasonably possible. Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and adhere to La La Walk’s policies and rules. - Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the UAE. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delivery fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout. La La Walk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. If no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave the products at the door or another safe location as specified by the customer. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss, theft, and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, and we will not be liable for a refund or a replacement of the products if the address you specified is incorrect. - Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank. Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds. If the size you purchased doesn’t fit your child, you may request ONE FREE exchange within 7 days of receiving your order (for orders delivered within the UAE). The shoes must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. If your desired size is out of stock, you may choose another model from our store. The courier will collect the unwanted item and replace it with the new size at no additional cost. For detailed information, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy. - Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your purchase for any reason, you must do so within 2 hours from the time the purchase was made. In this case, a refund will be made back to the payment method used in your purchase. To cancel your order, please send an email to info@lalawalk.com with the subject “CANCELLATION,” including the order number. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. - Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely error-free. Minor variations may occur. - Intellectual Property

La La Walk will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC-targeted countries and individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country-specific. - Changes to Terms and Conditions
