We understand that measuring your child’s feet can be tricky, and finding the perfect fit isn’t always easy. That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange, return, and refund process to ensure your little one’s shoes are just right. If the shoes you ordered aren’t the perfect fit, don’t worry—we’re here to help!

Eligibility:
We accept returns of unused items within 7 days of receiving your order (for orders delivered within the UAE). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached (if any). You must take reasonable care of any items that you wish to return and not use them. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange, or refund.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@lalawalk.com with the subject “RETURN,” including your order number. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

Refund Procedure:
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All items marked as sale are final and are not eligible for a refund.
  • In the case of a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of such a product. Please inform us at info@lalawalk.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. The faulty, damaged, or incorrect products must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied.

Exchanges:
If the size you purchased doesn’t fit your child, you may request ONE FREE exchange within 7 days of receiving your order (for orders delivered within the UAE). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached (if any).

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@lalawalk.com with the subject “EXCHANGE,” including the order number and the new size.
  • You will receive an email accepting your exchange request. If the desired size is out of stock, you may choose another model from our store.
  • The courier will collect the unwanted item and replace it with the new size at no cost to you.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your purchase for any reason, you must do so within 2 hours from the time the purchase was made. In this case, a refund will be made back to the payment solution used in your purchase. To cancel your order, please send an email to info@lalawalk.com with the subject “CANCELLATION,” including the order number. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
