Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to you via email.
We ship exclusively by courier directly to your door. Our courier will contact you to schedule the delivery at your convenience. We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
We do not deliver to PO boxes. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by an incomplete address or missing phone number. If an incorrect address or telephone number is provided, the shipping charge will not be refunded.

Shipping within the UAE:
We commit to delivering within 3-4 days.
Delivery to remote areas within the UAE takes 6-7 days.
The delivery charge is 25 AED.
